Terms & Conditions – Women’s Business Expo Dubai

Welcome to the Women’s Business Expo Dubai. By registering, attending, or participating in the Expo, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration & Attendance

All attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors must complete the official registration process to participate in the Expo.
The organizers reserve the right to approve or decline any registration at their discretion.
Entry to the Expo is subject to confirmation of registration, where applicable.

2. Exhibitors

Exhibitors must adhere to the allocated space and setup guidelines provided by the organizers.
Exhibitors are responsible for securing their own equipment, products, and displays.
The Expo organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of exhibitor property.
Exhibitors must comply with all local laws, safety regulations, and venue rules.

3. Sponsorship

Sponsors will receive the agreed-upon benefits outlined in their sponsorship agreement.
Any changes to sponsorship packages must be approved by the organizers in writing.
Sponsors are responsible for providing correct branding materials, logos, and content within the deadlines set by the organizers.

4. Conduct

All participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Expo without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials provided by the Expo organizers are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Participants retain ownership of their own content, products, and branding, but grant permission to the organizers to use photos, videos, or promotional materials for Expo-related marketing purposes.

6. Liability

The Expo organizers are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or other damages incurred during the event.
Participants attend the Expo at their own risk.

7. Changes & Cancellations

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or program without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or major changes, participants will be notified, and any refunds will be handled according to the organizer’s policies.

8. Privacy

Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for Expo purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
By registering, participants consent to receive communications related to the Expo.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from participation in the Expo shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
