2. Eligibility

Registered visitors with valid passes

We reserve the right to accept or reject registrations at our sole discretion.

3. Registration & Entry

All attendees must complete official registration via the website or authorized partners.
Entry passes are non-transferable unless explicitly approved.

False or incomplete information may result in cancellation of registration.

4. Exhibition & Sponsorship

All exhibitor and sponsor bookings are subject to availability and approval.

Payments made for exhibition or sponsorship packages are subject to separate commercial agreements.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through authorized channels only.
Registration fees, booth bookings, sponsorships, and related services may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
No refund will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or withdrawal after confirmation.

6. Event Changes & Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to:

Modify event schedules, speakers, sessions, or venue
Postpone or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure)
Substitute programs or services without prior notice when necessary

In case of cancellation, liability (if any) will be limited to registration fees paid.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

Maintain professional behavior at all times
Respect speakers, exhibitors, staff, and attendees
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct
Comply with UAE laws and venue regulations

Violation of conduct rules may result in removal without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, materials, presentations, and media associated with the Event are the intellectual property of Women’s Business Expo Dubai or its partners.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Media & Photography

The Event may be recorded, photographed, or live-streamed.
By attending, participants consent to the use of their image, voice, or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.
Attendees are not permitted to record sessions without prior approval.

10. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Event.
Participants attend at their own risk.
The Event does not guarantee business outcomes, partnerships, or financial returns.

11. Third-Party Services

The Event may include external partners, exhibitors, or sponsors. We are not responsible for:

Transactions or agreements between attendees and exhibitors
Claims or disputes arising from external parties
